🚨SCAM ALERT🚨After depositing, I changed my mind and requested to withdraw my funds as something felt off about this site, and I was right. I was told it wasn’t possible without wagering the full amount, which I wasn’t comfortable with. They then stated my account was closed and had no way of receiving my funds.I have now raised a formal complaint, and they’ve said they will have to deduct 20% for not meeting the criteria. At no point was this called out, it’s not included anywhere at the point of depositing, or signing up. They literally don’t have Ts and Cs to check. No mention of this deduction or betting requirements included anywhere. These are criminals hiding in plain sight.The link to their terms and conditions on their site links to a blank, black page.I have raised a case with my bank, and will be reporting this to the necessary authorities.Please note this company does not have a UK gambling licence - please do not use this scammer operated company.Email received from their customer care:Dear Ross,Thank you for your email.We would like to inform you that your account has been closed in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.With regard to the remaining funds, please note that your deposit was made in full compliance with our terms and policies.
