Worst webpage ever.

Worst webpage ever.They sent the advent calendar 11 days after the order, which meant we received the product on 12 December. I wrote 4 times to cancel as it cannot be used in the middle of December, and the late shipping was their fault but they answered always that don’t worry it will come. The product is TOTALLY DIFFERENT as it is on the webpage. It is a small piece of plastic. Ridiculous. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

Appalling Incompetent Company!!!

It’s a shame i can’t give these people 0. There’s no customer service. I’ve sent several emails and nothing. Finally received the parcel from Yodel after weeks of waiting and they sent me the wrong Football Team. How incompetent can you be?
