It’s a shame i can’t give these people 0. There’s no customer service. I’ve sent several emails and nothing. Finally received the parcel from Yodel after weeks of waiting and they sent me the wrong Football Team. How incompetent can you be?

I ordered a Liverpool FC advent calendar, as this was something very different. Unfortunately, an Aston Villa FC advent calendar was sent.When I contacted Doncrate, they said sorry for the inconvenience, we can offer a max. Of 20% refund. I said I had no use fir an AVFC advent ad would return the item ad expected a full refund. They said I was liable for the shipping cost of 20Euros. My invoice said 5.77euros + 1.79 for shipping insurance. They then offered a max. Of 50%. Then they offered a max. Of 70% which was in line with their policy. I said I wouldn't except anything other than 100% refund. I spent just over 40euros so not an insignificant amount. I wouldn't have given a 1 star feedback, except I had to choose. Possibly a company that takes money in the hope that no one bothers with the hassle of returns. Do be aware if purchasing from this company.

Ordered a football club themed advent calendar as a gift for my avid fan son When it arrived it was for a different club, bitter rivals. Not ideal. Wrote to them and they immediately offered 20% refund in settlement which I’m assuming is their standard response. When I originally ordered it, I also hadn’t realised it was a Chinese outfit so I figured 20% was better than nothing which is probably what I’d have gotten otherwise. Still waiting on the 20% but I live in hope.
