Deep scratches and poor finishing

The Bear Family piece

The piece looks nice, but the components are a bit loose. If they don’t stay together, I’m unsure if it will be displayed during Christmas or kept out year-round. My young kids might want to play with it. Nonetheless, I’m glad I purchased it and was hoping to get another with the name of a stillborn child on the heart, but I didn't receive a response to my request.
