Company uploaded results into NHS app without my consent. When asked to remove they refused to help at all. Wouldn't acknowledge they have broken compliance law. Wouldn't reach out to NHS to inform them of their mistake. Support team did nothing to help but spent entire time trying to justify their mistake to cover themselves legally. Strongly advise against using them unless you want your data shared without your consent.

The report findings were quite basic and high level I was hoping for a more detailed breakdown of specific foods rather than broader food types. I have since ordered a more detailed report similar price/slight less to investigate further.
Test kit sold by Boots but testing done by MHC labs. They held my sample in quarantine too long claiming I had not activated the test. Which I did before taking the blood sample. They have very poor IT systems. Difficult to get support to respond. Wasted my money. Now they are finding excuses to deley or deny a refund. So Avoid. They are damaging Boots reputation,
