I have just finished a 9 day NEBOSH course. This can be a very intense and stressful course but our instructor Cristina some how made it fun, interesting and easy to understand. I really do rate Phoenix and Cristina for the way they handled the course. The booking was handled smoothly and regular updates kept you informed. Great course and delivered brilliantly by Shane Goss. He presented it well, was able to answer questions and encouraged lots of group work for tasks which was a great way to engage with others on the course. Phoenix have been really helpful and communications have been really positive.
