Unfortunately a similar experience to others on here...returned items and the tracking shows they are still 'in the carriers network'.
With no way of contacting Customer Service I have no idea when/how the return will be processed so am reaching out here to try and get some answers?!
I wouldn't order from Dorothy Perkins again, too many similar returns stories on here - it doesn't feel like the reputable company it once was.

I ran into a bit of trouble with my email address, which made it hard to return the items. Luckily, I chatted with Kai on the DP business chat, and a lovely lady helped me sort out the return for dresses from DP and Isabel London. They are on their way! Thank you, Kai.
I regret giving even one star! I will never purchase again! Customer service is a complete joke! There is no effective support! This also includes other platforms under the same umbrella! Good luck trying to reach a representative, and if you don’t respond immediately, you end up back with AI and have to start over! There’s no phone number to call, lost packages, and items need to be returned to multiple different sellers! Honestly, it’s an absolute farce!
The support I received was extremely disappointing. After 18 days of waiting for a refund, all attempts to reach their customer service resulted in generic responses. I've initiated a chargeback with my bank and will avoid any future purchases from any company associated with them.

Another day passes without any refunds processed. This delay now violates UK law. I have not heard from the customer service team in almost three weeks after reaching out through every available social media, email, and messaging app. The main office is unresponsive as well. A representative claimed my postage refund would be issued by November 30th, but nothing has arrived, and no refund for my return has been processed. I will be sending a legal notice and documenting all interactions. I encourage others to do the same.
I just placed an order using a payment method that didn't allow me to select a delivery option, defaulting to standard shipping. I wanted to cancel the order to choose a faster delivery but was informed that once placed, cancellation is not possible. This is ridiculous. Now, I have to wait for an order I don't want and will have to pay to return it, despite contacting them immediately. This is unacceptable. I would have reordered otherwise, but now I will not. At the very least, they should allow customers to select their delivery method before payment and enable cancellations if the order hasn't shipped yet.
