Review Time
I needed some Illbruck products urgently and ended up placing two online orders (which were very easy to do) and the goods came really quickly.
Another online supplier had taken a long time to process an order so the products weren't going to arrive in time. I reordered them with Dortech Direct over the phone explaining the urgency and they were incredibly helpful despite it being a very small order and got them shipped the same day / delivered the next.
Overall I have been really impressed with the service they have provided and especially their quick turnaround. The website is very easy to use especially when compared to some other supplier's websites and it was easy to find what I wanted and be able to check the product details / spec to make sure I was ordering the right thing.
