Purchased Yarbo snowblower package in December2025 hesitantly and it has beyond a doubt proven itself in a central New Hampshire winter setting ! Had a couple of hiccups during initial setup and the support team got me right through them promptly. This machine sits in a semi remote setting on its own and performs regularly and flawlessly so far. I cannot and won't speak for others but my results have saved me countless hours of snow removal. I will say it is working an 1800 square foot paved driveway basically a horseshoe shape .I have taken control of it manually also from over 70 miles away again it did what was wanted. There is a learning curve no doubt but patience will pay off. Although only one and three quarter month owner I`m sold and can't say enough. I hesitated and hesitated for months to make a decision ,read and watched numerous videos and finally decided. Glad I did !
Yarbo’s been great overall - the machine works really well and support is super knowledgeable. My only wish is that the technical support meeting slots were a bit easier to book or had more open times, since they fill up fast. Other than that, really happy with the experience!
As a pretty active user on the Yarbo Forum, it’s awesome to see one of my suggestions actually make it into a firmware update! The mower now automatically raises to medium height when returning to the dock, just like I proposed a while back. Really cool to see Yarbo listening to the community and making improvements that come straight from real users.
I purchased my Yarbo to take on the mowing maintenance work of my property, about 1.6 acres of grass in total. I have wide open skies and both GPS and HaLOW work like a charm. The mowing experience has been mixed. Yarbo is excellent for Kentucky blue grass sod. It's not so great at longer field grass (fescue/rye/buffalo mix) mostly due to the the mower design. I've had some minor hiccups with Yarbo getting stuck due to "obstructions" which aren't real and I have to prod it along. So there are ups and downs but I haven't touched a mower all summer so it's taken all the work off of the family, freeing up time for hobbies, sports, etc., which was our goal. I'd say Yarbo takes more frequent maintenance (weekly greasing, monthly blade changes, cleaning out grass, etc) than a traditional mower but it's less work each visit, if that makes sense.
Honestly I was a bit scared my wife would yell at me for buying another “expensive gadget,” but after a whole summer with the Yarbo mower, she’s actually the one showing it off to the neighbors! Lawn looks great, no more weekend arguments about mowing — happy wife, happy life 😅
Yes, it seems we all have experienced one or two "hiccups" throughout this Yarbo journey... I, myself, experienced issues with my Core Unit (purchased 07/20/2025) failing to charge on the charging dock. After putting in a ticket to the Yarbo Support Team I received a new Core Unit within a three week time-span. Happy, happy, joy, joy! The new Core Unit works exceptionally well and I have had little to no issues thus far. You must understand, with Yarbo being a fairly new company there are going to be issues. It's not perfect, but by golly, Yarbo seems to be doing their best at ironing out any kinks along the way. I applaud Yarbo and their hard working Support Team for all that they do --and all that they've done, to keep Yarbo on top of the autonomous lawn mower game. Yarbo is, by far, the best one out there. And I am looking forward to what's to come.To Yarbo and the entire Support Center Team: You Are Appreciated. Thank You for making my lawn look so amazing!
No robot mower is perfect but the Yarbo is the most powerful and fully featured yard robot hands down. Only 2 mowers on the market can mulch leaves and small sticks. Only Yarbo serves as a near fully capable riding mower replacement. Snow, leaves, pulling yard tools like sprayers, spreaders and carts. It has some minor GPS issues to resolve but new software updates have greatly improved those issues.
So far so good. First started with the Snowblower last winter, it did a great job even in a rural setting on gravel driveways and parking lot areas, it just does the work. Alone comes spring, summer, and fall and I never had to manually cut grass, not even once, 5 acres of grass. I upgraded to the Pro Mower, even better performance for my dense wet grass.
I got the snow blower and mow pro combo. There have been a few hiccups but so far I'm pleased with the performance of the mower. Support has been good responding timely and addressing issues satisfactorily. The hardware is very promising, I'm looking forward to getting the Back Brace Mount so I can tow a small trailer around the yard, the stock mount is really only for very light loads or trailers/carts that support themselves and only apply pulling loads not tongue weight. The software is currently adequate but they are very responsive to feature requests and feedback and I'm excited to see how it matures over the next year+👍
