I bought this item because I saw the advert and thought that it looked really good but when it arrived I used it straight away and it didn’t work at all, very disappointed and won’t be ordering again, do not trust the adverts anymore, very misleading and false advertising, I would ask for a refund but can’t be bothered with the hassle.

Emailed a week after ordering as heard nothing. Got an immediate response apologising, awaiting stock and giving an estimated dispatch date.Bannister arrived weekly before then. Excellent quality for the price.
