Absolutely horrible!!! I tried the "boost" and it dropped my credit score!!! They added my rent, electric and phone bill, but only report back 2 months, which increased the number of new accounts and decreased my credit age, ultimately dropping my score. I called them and told them it wasn't right, that I've been paying my bills from the same account for about 18 months, they tried to insult my intelligence so I sent them a quick screen shot, they then "escalated it" and their solution was to stop the reporting disconnect my back account and reconnect it. I did just that, and now its saying no payments eligible!!! My next step is BBB and then probably a lawsuit
