Amazing product - very happy I added this to my morning routine. Looks great, cools the water very efficiently, the tub is big enough to comfortably sit, squat or partially lay down in (I can get much more comfortable in this vs. the bath tub shaped ones), and I love the brown foam. Most importantly, their customer service is a 10/10 - I've had numerous questions about how to operate it / how to order new parts and they have been so helpful and accommodating each time.
