Attended Bjorn after tearing the ligaments in my ankle running. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He got me back to distance running after a few months. He also worked on my general conditioning in his gym, which has helped prevent further injury.
I went to Bjorn about an issue with my achilles. I could run on it but when trying to play football I always ended up with pain and tenderness. Bjorn treated me for around 4-5 months taking me a through programme of progression to rebuild strength in the tendon. He is very knowledgable, provided a good structure for rehab and regularly checked in with me to keep me accountable.Cant recommend Bjorn and the service highly enough.
I’ve worked with Bjorn over the last couple of years when injuries have came up and I think that is a testament itself to how fantastic he’s been, he’s took time to really understand the injuries as I’ve had many and has paid close attention to the details in order to help me get back to where I was, my most recent was an acl and mcl tear in which I was ready to give up on football and a very heavy part of wanting to get back to the game is the work Bjorn has done with me
Really knowledgable and friendly! Helped with recovery with knee issues and a torn muscle in my shoulder as well as some other small issues. Was able to build all injuries back from 0-100% and always in a specific tailored approach. Always felt comfortable and treated professionally
I had the privilege of working with Dr. Bjorn for the past 2 years during my ACL rehabilitation, and I can't thank him enough for his exceptional care and dedication. Dr. Bjorn's expertise and unwavering support have been instrumental in my recovery journey. His personalized treatment plans, encouragement, and in-depth knowledge of physiotherapy truly set him apart. I highly recommend Dr. Bjorn to anyone in need of outstanding physiotherapy services. Thank you Bjorn!
I have the honour to be followed up by dr Blythe for almost a year. We started our path as part of my prehab before surgery and then for 9 month of rehab. I went through an acl replacement and throughout our sessions dr Blythe has been wonderful into put me in ease and not only into follow up my physical progresses but also calming me down when I was getting a bit over worried about things (I can be a bit of an hypochondriac).I really found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and professional
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Bjorn. I had a trapped nerve in my neck causing marked arm pain. He took time to do a detailed initial assessment and reviewed my progress against this on each review. He explained the necessary exercises I had to do and this was followed up by on line visual demonstrations. I made a complete recovery.I found Bjorn to be highly Professional, polite and approachable. He took time to listen to any concerns I had. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
Had ongoing back issues for about 4 years and had seen a few physios in the past. Bjorn was very helpful and did several things such as laser and tape which nobody had ever done before. I Instantly felt relief from the pain. Also sent me an exercise plan on an app to do at home which was really helpful. Was pleased that Bjorn seemed to care more about helping me than trying to push me to book in for more sessions which a lot of other physios seem to be doing and making their services feel like more of a sales pitch. Really great service, would definitely recommend. Hopefully I won't need to go back but if I do I would definitely book in for Bjorn again as the 1 session has really helped me.
