bought the Dr. Dennis Gross LED mask expecting a premium medical-grade device, but the LED lights failed completely after very little use. For a device at this price point, that is a massive quality control failure. To make matters worse, their 'Warranty' is a total headache. They approved my claim (admitting the device is broken) but refused to send a replacement unless I jumped through hoops to return the dead unit first. They are essentially holding my replacement hostage while I'm left without the treatment I paid for. If you are considering this mask, BE WARNED: the tech is unreliable and the customer service uses friction tactics to avoid making things right. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually stands behind their technology. I personally dealt with Bonnie, and Joseph so stay away from their if you want anything even slightly better than mediocre customer service

Operating on an poor platform with zero customer service. I had an issue with an order. Called customer service 10 times; no one was ever available. Someone finally picked up, but they could not resolve my problem. Tried texts, chat, it's all operated by bots who can't perform. It's now been 24 hours. My credit card has been charged, but my order hasn't been processed, according to CS. First and last time shopping with them.
After only 3 months, my Dr. Dennis Gross LED Spectra Eye Mask stopped working. I spent 4 weeks going back and forth with customer service, sending photos, serial numbers, and more, only for them to stop responding completely. Total waste of time. Poor quality and even worse service. I’ll never buy from this brand again—there are better options that actually honor their warranty.
Avoid at all costs.Bought the LED face mask as a Christmas present for my daughter. It stopped working after one use. After making contact about this at the start of January and sending a video showing the mask turning off after a few seconds, I was promised I would be offered either a refund or new mask after the video has been reviewed. Since then I have heard nothing and now feel I have been scammed out of a few hundred pounds.
Website does not allow for any review under 5 stars.Tried to submit honest 3 star review. Face broke out horribly: first pimples, then milia, then blackheads. Cleared up after 4 weeks but now red scars. Saw no change in skin texture or lightening of minimal pigmentation. But was hopeful that in time would get results promised by website.Keep trying to submit the above review and get “warning error”Also suggested they offer customer service to help customers through awkward beginning.Disappointing that I offered positive and negative points and denied opportunity to give review.
