Terrible experience—I've been waiting nearly three weeks for next-day delivery. They refuse to give me a refund or a tracking number. The customer service appears to be just someone using translation tools to respond. 'You can’t have a refund because it’s out for delivery.' I didn’t realize a truck could take three weeks without a tracking number.
