I contacted Lamabet support to confirm their gambling license before making any deposit.
One support agent clearly stated that the casino is licensed by MGA (Malta Gaming Authority). However, when I asked for the license number, multiple agents later refused to provide it, saying it is “sensitive information” or “only available upon official request”.
This is not true — MGA license numbers are public information and must be transparently displayed by any legitimately licensed operator.
Support agents also contradicted each other and could not clearly explain where or how the license can be verified.
Due to the lack of transparency and misleading answers, I decided not to deposit and asked for my account to be closed, which was done immediately.
Based on this experience, I cannot trust this platform and do not recommend depositing money here.

If it wasn’t for the long wait times to cashout and them not honouring VIP perks, this casino would be awesome. It will take me about 2 months to withdraw my funds at this rate. They take 48 hours to pay out (e transfer) each time and said it’s to check for fraud, I’m sure it’s a stall tactic. My VIP status indicates payout maximums can be negotiated but when I asked my VIP manager, he didn’t know anything about it. He eventually said the max withdrawal wouldn’t be negotiable despite it saying this was an option for red diamond members on their website.
Do not play here. Outside of being basically incompetent, they either do not pay you or you wait days and days. Their chat people are either robots or have never seen a dictionary, or both. It’s just a Mickey Mouse, junk service, and you have so many better options available. They tell you payouts take 48 hours max, then it's just not even close to that amount of time, if at all, we'll see. It's a terrible company. Don’t bother.
