I am very grateful for WAG. It has provided me with a source of income and a huge passion for dogs of all sizes and breeds. Their customer service and response is quick and efficient. I look forward to many more years with WAG!
I would give 0 stars if I could. They denied a claim when a walker neglected animals and DESTROYED a home. Wag threatened the dog owner they would ONLY pay if the videos online were took down. What an awful excuse of a company.
This is the worst app and dog walking company. WORST. I started dog walking in the city and used this app to assist - the app is CONSISTENTLY bugging out. The whole app is absolute garbage. One time while on a walk with a dog, I needed to use the emergency call on the app, and it was ABSOLUTELY useless. The person on the Wag side was asking me all these needless questions and kept putting me on hold. The app freezes up nearly every time I use it. This company blows.
My experience has overall been good. Have a few people I totally love who come on a regular basis basis I’ve had 1 scare he didn’t walk dogs didn’t turn on gps I had to find my dogs with apple, and dogs where afraid of him. Scared he hit my dogs. Only other problem I find is many times hard to find someone. I have waited from one day to next and couldn’t get a walker. So time response wise not always very good. In stage 4 cancer sometimes it’s hard for me to go, but sometimes I have no choice with no response back for hours, 5 , 6 hours and I end up having to go and very very difficult for me. Yes a little overpriced sometimes but over all I’m happy with most of the walkers who come and get to build a relationship and trust
Horrible! The walkers always cancel at the very last minute. I had a walk scheduled for 11am and the walkers canceled it at 11:10! And yesterday a different walkers did the same thing. They leave your lights on and I’ve even had someone lose the keys to my apartment.
I have used WAG to walk two dogs many times for over 5 years. All the walkers are excellent. My dogs have fun. I typically use the ASAP service and rarely have to wait long. The videos, photos and active map they provide makes the experience even better. I am so happy I found WAG.
