I had been working out on my own for several years and just seemed to plateau. Working with Ian for only a short time, I’m starting to see the changes that I wasn’t able to get on my own. He created an easy to follow menu and changed my workout routine and when things stalled out he modified it and got it working again. When I heard about Ian’s Lean in 16 program, like other guy’s my age, I found myself to be a bit sceptical. How is it possible he can help transform so many men, especially those over 40 (not an easy task I might add), but I know I didn’t want to follow in my dad’s footsteps. He died at 58 years of age from a massive heart attack. Raising a young child on my own, I cannot allow that to be my destiny. So I contacted Ian. He was incredibly supportive from day one! Keep in mind, I’m a 52 year old male, only 6 years younger than my dad was when he passed away, and I’ve already had two hearts scares of my own. And like many others, I’m sure I had a few excuses at first but I cannot begin to tell you how thankful this journey has made me. I started at 220 lbs and 14 weeks later, I’m 185 lbs. I was hoping to lose 20 lbs but I’ve lost 35 lbs with 2 weeks remaining. I’ve never felt healthier or looked better or had more confidence in 52 years, and now, the second half of my life looks so much more exciting (and healthier). From the diet, which has become my new lifestyle, I’ve never eaten this much food in my life. So don’t immediately think you’re gonna starve. Far from it. Ian will work with you and help keep you accountable and offer tremendous support along the way. I can’t begin to tell you how thankful I am to have met Ian. I’ve been working with Ian approximately 4 months now. Prior to starting we sat down and discussed goals. Mine was to improve my “daddy body” by losing fat while building muscle. My goal was to drop 20 lbs from 235 to 215. With Ian’s guidance, I achieved my goal in 10 weeks. Then, we set another goal. 205 lbs. 6 weeks later … goal achieved. He’ll motivate you and keep you on track. You just have to be willing to listen and do the work. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Ian and his program.

I worked with Ian from March to July and found his program didn't set me up for failure and provided me with tools to carry forward in life. The workouts pushed me and gave me goals to work towards, and the meal plan was enjoyable. I had great results, and know I can continue to see results using the tools I learned.
Excellent coach!! Ian is adaptive and individualizes the plan to your unique needs. I’m a physician… I know what I’m doing in the world of health, but Ian put things into action for me and gave me attainable goals and strategies. I’ve learned lots from Ian and his team!… even though I thought I knew a heck of a lot already. I was also able to strategically plan my workouts and meal prep around my busy life. There were no excuses. I work 10-12 hours per day and have a 1 year old to care for. I still managed to handle what Ian threw at me and managed to build a physique that I was very happy with. My energy grew exponentially through the weeks and I’m now 8 weeks past the end of my 16 week program and managed to retain the muscle I gained and did not gain a pound of fat. With the information I learned on this program I feel set to tackle another 16 weeks this fall and keep improving on the gains I’ve already made.
