Overall the process ie check in and check out was relatively simple. Price of a van compared to Arnold Clark or Enterprise is a bargain. Was a bit surprised to say the least that the medium van which we specifically booked, was extended by the customer before us so we were given a long wheel base version. I was then informed that in addition to needing fuel, it desperately required AdBlue. No problem on the fuel side, guess you expect that but not 2 top ups. MPG on this diesel was absolutely awful. That said Drivalia are a valid and legit player for car and van hire in Glasgow.
I have been using this company for many years & have always received the most professional, helpful & pleasant attitude from the staff in many different locations, & today I met Raf at Manchester airport who has gone out of his way since I reserved my car hire to make sure I had the best car for my requirements at the best rate, thankyou Raf, I will certainly be contacting you again for my next car hire.
