Mats amazing: service incredible!

The car mats are amazing, so well made and fit perfect. But it was the communication and customer service that makes this company amazing. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Amazing, and better for the environment than buying three extra mats I didn't need.

Satisfied customer!

I was so pleased to find a company that would supply a single mat (driver) for my car as all the other mats are in very good condition and having to buy a set of four was pointless. The order came promptly but my wife snaffled it for her car (same model). I therefore ordered another mat but was informed the order had been cancelled as there was apparently a problem with machinery at the factory and my money refunded. Since then I have ordered and received the mat for my car and all is good.

Good product that is an exact replica of the Manufacturers item. Pleased that I could just order the Drivers side mat and not buy a set to then bin the rest.Delivery was a couple of weeks but not a problem.

Some delay in receiving product

Be wary of this company - i didn’t get my order. I emailed repeatedly but no response, despite that they say they respond in 24 hours.UPDATE: after some delay this company did finally get back to me - they apologised for the long delay, offered a discount and a few days later i received my order. The product is good and so i have revised my review. Maybe i was too impatient? All in all i am now a happy customer!
