I experienced exceptional service from the company! When my 2016 frame cracked during a mountain ride, I contacted their customer service team, and they swiftly sent me a new 2017 model frame. Frustrating experience with a broken frame...

I had a frustrating experience with a broken frame that snapped in half. I struggled to get this repaired under warranty, and after not using the battery for 6 months, it now overheats and needs replacing at a high cost. With only 180 miles on the clock, I feel like I have a brand new piece of scrap.

Disappointing experience with the company

I had a disappointing experience with the company. I bought a bike through an online platform a month ago, and it still hasn't arrived. They don't respond to emails or calls. Truly hopeless, AVOID this company.

Kickstand damage not covered by warranty

I purchased my bike in March 2021 for touring. After riding over 5,500 km, the kickstand failed while parked, causing damage to the frame. The company claims the bike is guaranteed for life if registered, but mine wasn’t. They offered a frame with cosmetic damage and said it was the best they could do. I was told I should be grateful for this resolution. I used to love riding my bike, but now it feels ruined.

Nightmare experience with the bike received

I received a bike from this company with all linkage bolts stripped. Their customer service is terrible. I filed a complaint, and they have yet to respond. Additionally, the water bottle cage bolt was cross-threaded. It has been a complete nightmare.

Impressive upgrade after initial issues

When I first got it, I had significant issues, but after working on it, it's now fantastic. I faced major battery failures far from home in a wet forest. Thankfully, a friend who owns a bike repair shop helped me out. His expertise turned my bike into something amazing.

Lack of customer support

I found that customer support is non-existent! I contacted them through their website and social media but never received a response. After spending thousands on a mountain bike, not having support is unacceptable.

Warranty claims go unanswered

This has been the worst customer service I've ever encountered! After purchasing a bike, I can't even confirm if my warranty is registered. The company is great at marketing but fails to provide help when needed. I will not purchase from them again and recommend sticking to other brands that stand by their customers.
