I locked in my down payment and monthly payment for a specific car. But when my wife and I arrived the car had been sold. I spoke with someone days earlier and confirmed that what I had locked in would be what I'll have to pay when I got there. When we got there it all changed, we were asked to pay more than double than what we locked in. Then we were told in order to complete the locked in cost we were to pay a reservation fee, which was never explained to me.

I would never go back nor will refer this place to anyone.

I was so anxious about going to drive time as I had been to numerous car lots prior and had spent all day there to be turned down. But immediately coming in sales rep was wonderful, welcoming got us situated with a good deal and then kevin was extremely wonderful with getting us sign sealed and delivered. They made this process smooth and easy and I thank them so much.

I feel that I was given false information during the purchase of my vehicle. They added additional services to the contract which I stated I did not want, but was told I had the services free for 30 days and if I declined them after that my payment would be lowered. This was not the case. Also less than 3 weeks after purchase, my window exploded while sitting in my driveway and received no help from the dealership or the so called warranty. Not impressed with their customer service.

I got my 13 ford edge se awd last year, they set it up for their lender to charge me 17k for it and the value is not above 8k and ive only put 10k miles on it and had to have over 9k in repairs done. They dont have their vehicles inspected at their store in des moines iowa and they allow customers to over pay. Once I let them know I wasnt happy I was told I have to pay the loan down to equal to the value in order to get rid of this junk vehicle. Before you buy a car from them, look up the KBB value of the vehicle so you dont over pay for a vehicle that should cost you half the amount. I hate this vehicle but yet im stuck paying almost 600.00 a month for it on top of insurance cost and constant repair costs. Im happy with the staff there, they were polite and fun and got me in a vehicle that day but should have done their own research on their inventory. I will never go to or recommend anyone I know to go there unless things change there as well as with Bridgecrest whom they are loan lenders with.
