I received my order a few days ago and it exceeded all my expectations! The team were incredibly patient and helpful while I decided on my binder design — they made multiple changes and provided visual mock-ups every single time I asked. Even after placing my order, I changed my mind and wanted to revert to a previous design, and they were more than happy to accommodate.Communication was excellent, delivery was speedy, and the quality is fantastic. I’m absolutely thrilled with how it turned out and would recommend them to anyone. It’s also such a bonus that they take care of everything, no need to source your own binder!
I was looking for a custom binder on the usual selling sites and came across Dropmix Binders. They seemed to offer a lot of range but I was after something very specific, I wasn’t hopeful but I sent them a message and the response was amazing. Within 24 hours my binder was designed, and paid for. It seemed like they couldn’t do enough for me, the level of customer service is beyond anything I’ve come across and with that, I ordered a second binder. The binders arrived, they were so good. I cannot tell you how happy I was with them both, I was so happy, I bought a 3rd! It took a while to arrive but this was an issue with Royal Mail, and was not an issue with the dispatch of the item time itself. The level of service and product this company gives is the best I’ve ever received. I will be getting all my custom binders from here in the future.
