Quick shipping and awesome product. Didn't think a new sleep mask would make a difference, but so far I've noticed I'm falling asleep a bit sooner with this on. :) worth the bundle price!
TL;DR — my order was so late that I submitted a cancelation and refund request (4 times), but they've dodged the request entirely and still only shipped half of what I paid for. ---I ordered 2 masks with an estimated delivery date of 3-5 working days. As the items were intended as a gift, once it reached 7 working days and the order was still marked as unfulfilled (not even dispatched), I requested to cancel the order via their site. Twice. I then followed that up via email.At first they got back to me and said that 1 of the masks was out of stock but I could select an alternative. I reiterated that I wanted to cancel the order entirely and receive a refund. I got nothing back until an email came through that half of my order had been dispatched — contrary to what I'd requested 4 times by this point. So I emailed again reiterating my request to cancel.I got a response today (days later) confirming that 1 mask should arrive today. No mention was made to the other mask, or the fact that I'd asked to cancel, or with any information or next steps re. the part of my order that is still unfulfilled.This is such an underhand customer service tactic and I'm appalled that their replies continue to ignore my actual requests. --- Update: they've offered to refund me the value of the cheapest item from my order but, given it's the most expensive item from the order that they haven't sent, this means I'd have paid £79 for an item worth £69. So they're charing me more than the value of what I've received. I'll be escalating to the ombudsman.
Customer service doesn't seem to exist??I've emailed, contacted their website and messaged their account on Instagram and have not had any response. I placed an order and received a confirmation email of my order - delivery says 2-5 days. It's now been 10 days and my order is still being "processed" and there is no way to track it. UPDATE:I finally got a response on Instagram prompting the customer service team to respond to my emails. They said they were resolving a "fulfilment issue" - Within an hour my order had finally been marked as "on its way". All a bit of a headache to be honest. But glad it has been resolved.
I was gifted this by my husband, I hadn’t heard of them before and now I cannot recommend it enough! In the 4 weeks I’ve been using my eye mask, I’ve noticed an in incredible change in my skin, especially any puffiness under eyes, and I’ve also bought them as gifts for friends. I’m absolutely converted and will buy them for gifts for the foreseeable.
I have tried so many different eye masks and had to just say on here that this is by far the best one I’ve ever worn. Does not irritate me in the night, like some, keeps you in complete darkness, I use it for festivals too. No wrinkles on my face and also keeps my hair in shape!!I love it so much I tell all my clients at the salon, and I’ve hust brought 2 more so one as a spare and one as a gift for my friend. So 3 in all!!
