Tulsa Jewelry, disappointing/cheap

I’m Very disappointed with the rose gold necklace that I purchased. The color is brassy and looks cheap. This company does not accept returns so obviously does not stand by its product.

Overcharged, unable to return

Terrible customer service. I attempted to cancel a recurring order, but it was shipped in spite of this. They shipped half of my order, Charged me for two 80 items, and I’m unable to return, because the website says the items were unfulfilled. After receiving a few emails, when I discovered this they stopped replying. After a few days I sent another request for assistance and received no reply. They have no phone number to contact the company and this should be a red flag.

This is a scam company. They contact you through your Instagram profile, asking you to promote their website on your stories with a promise of paying you $1,000. In reality, they’re trying to hack your account to use it for their own promotions.

Poor service

Products are good but customer service terrible I’ve ordered product and set auto delivery however Tula website comes up with an error each time I try to postpone next delivery I’ve emailed Tula customer services; no acknowledgment, no update Not good
