Fabulous product

Fabulous product. I sleep very badly but these masks are so soft and enveloping, they really do help me drop off. Thoroughly luxurious!!!

Very Disappointing

I've been using eye masks to sleep for years, and thought I'd treat myself to the most luxurious one. Unfortunately it doesn't live up to the hype (or the more than £60 that I paid for it).It blocks out the light very well, but it doesn't stay on through the night. I don't know if it's because I've got a big head, or if because I have long hair, or if perhaps I toss and turn a lot - but every time I wake up in the night it's slipped off. If I do the velcro any tighter then it puts too much pressure on my eyes, preventing me from getting to sleep on the first place. The mask is comfortable enough, but not notably better than any of the previous eye masks I've used. It's a big shame, as I was excited for this, but now I'll be going back to the elasticated eye masks that stay on more securely (and are a fraction of the price).Note: I was prompted to post on here as after my purchase I received an email asking me to leave a review on the Drowsy website, which I did. 2 weeks later and the review hasn't made it onto their website, presumably because it's a negative one. Something for potential buyers to keep in mind...

Revolutionise Your Sleep Experience!

My Drowsy sleep mask has elevated the quality of my sleep hugely. For several years I have struggled to sleep, particularly in the summer when the sun comes up so early. My Drowsy sleep mask has revolutionised this. I have given about 8 as gifts and will continue to do so to spread the word!

Sleep mask never arrived and awful customer service

**update**Customer service at drowsy have since been in contact and were able to quickly resolve the issue. Resent item which arrived next dayThey stated my emails were initially going to their spam folder which was why they did not respond..___Awful customer service, very expensive product that was never delivered. Sent via Yodel and apparently left in a “safe place” in my porch. Very interesting as I don’t have a porch. Yodel then stated it was left outside my front door. Obviously not a safe place and has been stolen, and I still don’t believe it was left at the right address as Yodel can’t even give a consistent version of eventsWhy would you send such an expensive item via such an unreliable courier? Three emails and an online customer service form sent to Drowsy and still not a single responseWill continue to pursue further action until resolvedReally misleading marketing, a supposedly premium product with anything but premium customer service. Avoid at all costs or risk losing £70+ on a sleep mask, the stress will definitely keep you up at night as opposed to help you sleep!

Not 100% silk

You state on your web page in the description that your mask is 100% silk and alternatives are from synthetic materials. This is deceptive. Only the outer layer of your maks is made from silk. The inner layer is from nylon and the filling is from polypropylen, which you call PP cotton which is again misleading as you want to make people think it is cotton. That is a big dissapointment for the mask that originaly cost £69!

No delivery of my sleep mask

No delivery of my sleep mask - I should have received it last week. Checking my parcel delivery via the tracking number is pointless as Yodel web page is offering conflicting information. This is an expensive item and I would have thought a more reliable delivery service would be used .Just an additional note after reading drowsy sleep company reply .It is worth saying that I lodged a Mastercard claim only after being redirected to to the Evri site by Drowsy customer service several times - it was obvious to me the parcel was never going to be located . An incredibly frustrating process , as I the customer, was having to shoulder the responsibility of locating goods I had paid for. Drowsy did refund me eventually after I had sent them a photo of the transcript of conversation with Evri stating that my parcel was lost. Mastercard claim was then returned to Mastercard I really hope that companies start to avoid Evri for deliveries - it’s the reason I have not ordered another mask , and try to avoid companies using this delivery service , based on multiple problems with parcels being “lost” with this carrier.

Package was lost in transit and customer service refused to file claim, refund or reship. Every response from customer service was sarcastic. I'm out 70 some dollars and the company does nothing.

Great value

I have just purchased my second Drowsy mask. They are brilliant. As well as blocking out light they also cover ears which means sound is reduced. This coupled with the silk fabric makes them amazing!,

Love this sleep mask

Love this sleep mask. It blocks out all light (the bedroom light could be on all night and I would have no idea). I love that it covers your ears too. I removed 1 star because I have a pale pink mask and if you have even minimal make up residue on your face it transfers to the back of the mask. Even after 3 washes, there are still make up marks so it looks quite dirty, even though it's just been cleaned. I imagine this wouldn't be so noticeable with a dark mask though.
