I placed an order with Dubai Chocolates (dubaichocolates.nl) because they advertised next-day delivery. However, after paying, I was suddenly informed that my order would take up to a week—completely different from what was promised.Now, despite being told my package has "shipped," the tracking app still says "Package Not Found." I have no proof that my order even exists, and their customer support was initially unreachable (invalid email address!).I requested a refund, but they refused to acknowledge their mistake. This company is misleading customers with false delivery promises and is completely unreliable.If you are considering ordering from them, DON’T—go to a legitimate chocolatier instead. Avoid this company at all costs!
The communication was not good. Slow replies, saying i’ll recieven a mail within 24 while it was 48 hours. I had forgotten to put my housenumber, but I didn’t get a warning of anything like that Because of missing information for my order. After 3 mails and a week later I finally knew what it was. The bar itself was good. Very strong taste so don’t eat to much of it but other than that it was exactly how they discribed it online.
