I recently tried Dubby’s 3 flavours, blue razz, galaxy grenade and s’mores, really loved them. smooth energy boost without the jittery and I didn’t crash afterwards, like I usually do with other energy drinks plus the customer service was also good, had an issue with an order and was surprised at how quick it got resolved . 10/10 recommended.
I have heard of numerous scams done by this brand. Personally though, I was scammed by their "free trial" where you get some samples for 1 dollar. I was never given a confirmation or an email or anything, I was just randomly charged $70 for a subscription I never ordered. I immediately open a ticket, which they ignored until it had already shipped. They then told me I had to pay 15% and shipping to return it, and were super unhelpful and unresponsive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I’ve been using Dubby for a few months after my roomate bought some of the Solo Leveling flavor. I had used normal pre-workout before but wasn’t a fan of how wired it made me feel. Noticeable difference when using this, feels cleaner and no tingles or crash. Will be buying my own tub when we run out.
Firstly, I got a surprise tub on Dubby since it would have been my first time ordering from them. I received beach n peach which I was very surprised with; for a powder it really gives off the peachy taste. Also, when looking in the tub it didn’t look like there was much powder however surprisingly it has lasted the amount of servings they put on the label. Lastly, the shaker, the design is simple but it’s still a nice design.
I placed an order back on September 26th 2025, i was emailed the following day telling me my package would be sent out the 29th(which i was totally ok with) since then my label was created like typically and was never updated from there, so one of two things happened. Dubby never dropped the package off actually at usps and lost it themselves, or usps never scanned the package in and lost it, i've emailed the first time Oct. 1st stating hey, ive had no update on my label it says to wait 24 hours and check, i had waited 48 at that point. Ive emailed them since the first twice, getting only 1 replay via support which looks like a scripted cold out of touch answer. i told them if i didnt have an update soon i would cancel and never use them again. They have no gone another 27 hours and not even responded to me, prompting me into writing this now. This is on going. my package has still never been even received my package and instead of dubby filing a claim and resending my package and maybe updating shipping has left me in the dark and gave me a bullshit "when we hear something we will tell" automated response once. I wanted to support dubby from watching a local to me streamer (odablock) and wanting to support him and this company which could provide a better alternative than soda. i had exchanged emails prior with the owner anthony and told him i was between jobs and once i got settled and on my feet i would be excited to order from them. This is the exact opposite experience i was hoping for, and i will probably never spend a single penny with this company again. There are plenty of others who would answer you in a timely fashion and provide a product in a timely manner or fix it on them and not place the bullshit on the consumer who supports them. if i could lower this rating from a one star to a half or even a negative review i would. i am highly disappointed with dubby as a whole.
