I think this is a scam I ordered a month ago and my product hasnt been delivered I’ve reached out by email instagram and direct website with no response they also entered me into a subscription that I never confirmed luckily I caught that before they could charge me again now I’m going to dispute my charge and they won’t have to worry about me trying to buy this again

I placed my order Jan 18th and never received it. They emailed and stated the delay was due to severe weather conditions. Weeks later they emailed how do I like their product. I replied I never received it. They then said the delay is because of high demand, product is flying off the shelf! WTF?

I've called, emailed, canceled my subscription and they have the audacity to charge me based off my initial order with a subscription even though I never received it! Today Feb 27th I receive an email that they created a shipping label based on the subscription from my FIRST ORDER which I was supposed to receive according to the company Jan 26th. I called my bank and they're investigating. I may have to get a new debit card to stop them from stealing my money since they refuse to acknowledge my request to cancel. Horrible customer service, buyer beware.

Last month January 24 ordered from this company and didn't receive my order until February about a week or so ago, yesterday received an email thanking me for my order in which I didn't place didn't sign up for a subscription so I'm confused about this order so I sent a email asking to cancel this order, if you have a problem with this company you're not going to be able to handle it through a customer support or anything they don't respond to emails.

Order product over a month ago (January 8) and have received no updates regarding order. I have emailed several times for order status and tracking information. They stated over a week ago that the order was in final stages of processing when I requested a refund. Still nothing has arrived. No tracking numbers or anything. In one email they mentioned the winter weather causing delays. I will acknowledge that the weather can cause delays but not for over a month. I will continue to file disputes until this issue is resolved. I no longer even want to use the product.

I am writing to provide an official update regarding my complaint involving Serene Herbs.

As of February 8, 2026, the matter has been fully resolved. Serene Herbs has issued a full refund in the amount of $132.80, which has been processed and acknowledged. The company also provided an apology and explained that the delays and communication issues were caused by severe winter weather conditions over the past several weeks, resulting in operational backlogs.

Based on the refund issued, the explanation provided, and subsequent communication, both parties have agreed to resolve the matter amicably and move forward in good faith. I consider the issue fully addressed and no longer in dispute.

At this time, I respectfully request that this complaint be marked as resolved and closed in your records. No further action is required. I have attached communications from Serene Herbs Customer Support Team.

I was So Appreciative for that. Im Actually going to go and pick up some juice this morning to chase down the bitter taste just incase I can't tolerate the Bitterness. Significant improvements in just a week!

I've observed major changes after only one week. My blood pressure and blood sugar levels are going down. My stomach looks flatter, and I've lost some weight. Constipation, a common side effect of certain medications, is no longer an issue for me! I'm very satisfied with the service!

I've noticed positive results after just one week. My blood pressure and blood sugar levels are decreasing. My stomach feels flatter, and I've lost a bit of weight. One side effect of certain medications is constipation, but that's no longer a problem for me! I'm really enjoying this product!
