My experience with the service was smooth and straightforward. The ordering process was simple, the dumpster arrived punctually, and the pickup was effortless. It made managing waste for my project significantly easier.
Been doing business with them for years but after today I WILL NEVER use the service again. I rented a dumpster for my business and had a scheduled picked up. A customer pulled in front of the dumpster when they came to pick it up and instead of even pulling in the parking lot they took a picture from the street and charged me $195. I called to explain and was told that's the way they do things.
It was a great experience. The price listed is exactly what I paid which was nice. No hidden fees. They put it in my driveway the morning of the day I scheduled it. I scheduled it to be picked up on a monday but they were unable to get it until wednesday at no charge to me, so I was happy about that. Would highly recommend!
