I've ordered paysafecard by phone
Of course everything went smooth while paying, I could pay, only had to verify myself after (face, id)
And boom, my order wasn't delivered, the money is gone
Support told me to provide a phone bill that I did (Number is my own number, on my own name)
They said its "forged" lmao, I straight downloaded it from my number provider, sent it to them and got "permanently banned from the site"
Result? No money, no paysafecard, no help
Support is absolutely useless
Disgusting site, hopefully people stop using it
I can live without my 20 euro but hopefully they lose much more for scamming people
Can no longer buy vouchers as it pop's up saying 'security breach' at payment of Daopay. Can pay any other way, which I'm refusing to do at the moment.
I used a different number I had temporarily and now I'm blocked from using this payment method. I have been a customer for years. Just allow me to purchase on Daopay again.

i have more than 20-30 orders that hasnt been delivered and they are just playing nice. they actually say, like this in mail.

I paid for multiple orders with Dundle. Payment was fully accepted and processed, which under EU consumer law constitutes a binding contract.
After payment, Dundle required identity verification via ShuftiPro. I completed the verification in full, and it was successfully approved.
Despite this, Dundle later unilaterally closed my account and explicitly stated that:
I would not receive the purchased products, and
I would not receive a refund.
In other words: payment accepted, verification approved, but both goods and money withheld.
Dundle vaguely refers to “security reasons” without providing any evidence, explanation, or legal basis, even though EU consumer law requires transparency and either delivery or refund. Account termination does not give a company the right to confiscate funds from completed transactions.
This is not a minor inconvenience or a delay — it is the retention of consumer funds without delivery or reimbursement.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise other consumers to be extremely cautious when using

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS! I lost 300€ in just two weeks; it's a SCAM and FRAUD! After paying for services, they immediately requested documents. In two weeks, every email response took forever and was utterly nonsensical. I've sent my documents nine times, yet I keep receiving requests for them. It's unbelievable! The customer support seems to be incompetent, or perhaps they're just trying to deceive customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
