SCAMMERS! Do not attempt to buy a rocking chair from Dune Decor! I received a tiny ceramic bead in the post and had no idea why so googled the address on packet - 153, Blakeney Way, Cannock, WS11 8LD and it listed several companies found to be operating fraudulently. This bead has been sent instead of the chair which had been paid for at £36 from my bank account. Item ordered not received. The company do not respond to emails but use AI to suggest response will be forthcoming. I'm led to believe they are allowed to continue trading as they have sent something despite not being at all close to the item ordered! I am generally very savvy with internet purchases but sadly not on this occasion and I see there have been many caught out in recent month, like me. Hoping bank will resolve via chargeback.
Absolute scam please do not fall for it like I did, luckily I was able the contact my bank and do a charge back to get my £36 back but it’s still under investigation, I received my “order” of a single bead today, great you got your order you would think…wrong!! I ordered a rocking cuddle style chair !! I usually check companies out first but I was so stupid not to on this occasion, the “company” uses zendesk to send messages back and forth in email this is AI. Please avoid to save your £€$
