The products are of good quality, but I am quite frustrated with the customer service. Returning or exchanging an item has been quite difficult, and the support team has been unhelpful, claiming my item was damaged when it was not, resulting in a refusal of my return.

I ordered on August 3rd and the delivery was as scheduled the next day. On November 20th, one item had a tear, so I contacted support. After one request for photos, they sent a new pair of leggings at no extra cost. A new item was dispatched and delivered within 48 hours. Very satisfied with the service and communication.
Very quick delivery. Nice quality products, but there are some quirks leading to a lower rating. The sizing is questionable; I usually wear a medium in most brands but needed an XL here. The sizing chart was missing for some items, forcing me to buy multiple sizes, and for others, the sizing seemed almost like children's sizes (chest up to 77cm). Additionally, I was unhappy about the 5.50 return fee.
