I placed the order on October 23rd and was told 5-8 buisness days for package to be shipped. I paid extra for priority shipping which said 3 buisness days, I just got them today and it’s December 16th. I have emailed them 5 times never got any reply, the product is so oily and will damage all your clothes. They don’t smell like the real ones at all, stay as fair as you can from them. Because I definitely won’t be getting a refund and they don’t communicate at all.
Wish I could post a minus 5 star. Ordered and they sent it. Unfortunately UPS damaged the package and informed them. Placed my order on 9/2/25 and still no fragrances have arrived. They then messaged me saying I got it when I sent them the UPS messages about the damage and contacting them on behalf of meScam company as they refuse to do a refund and don’t respond back most of the time. Avoid at all costs
Scents were relatively on point but lacked staying power. Nonexistent after about 2 or 3 hours (this is from a habitual over-sprayer). Slow shipping and Customer service - the worst. They screwed up my order and never fixed it despite emails and empty promises stating they would rectify. You're better off with chase scents.
Ordered in May 2025.Received multiple “Your order has shipped” emails with tracking that didn’t move at all.Reached out to their customer service multiple times, but never received a response - just another “Your order has shipped” email.Eventually received items in November 2025. No apology. No communication. Absolutely appalling customer service.
