I am very pleased with the service and quick delivery, even just before the holidays. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and will not purchase from them again. When issues arise, they shift the blame to the delivery service instead of taking responsibility. If I were the company using a specific delivery service, I would ensure they follow customer instructions rather than ignoring them. The lack of adherence to simple requests is frustrating.
