Trying to return my items, pearl cross necklace gold and silver, and silver sideways cross necklace. Items overpriced for quality. Customer service is not responding to my emails for my return. So far after 2 emails sent and a week later from receiving items I've got no response.
I was very frustrated to discover that the amount I spent on the so-called cross necklace and the small pearl charm bracelet far exceeded their actual worth. I won't bother reaching out to the support team, as I doubt they would ever agree to refund my money for such sales deception! I'm stuck with these items!
