Frustrating subscription experience

I ordered a product in June and was pleased with the deal, but forgot about the subscription. It auto-renewed in November, and I received an email notification the same day the payment was deducted. It would have been courteous to receive prior notice to cancel if desired. The email arrived on a Saturday, and I assume their offices were closed since the phone line was unavailable, and I couldn’t leave a message. I tried calling on Monday multiple times, but there was no answer, and the mailbox was full! I received an email saying my order had been dispatched and another about a sale, which felt inconsiderate. I emailed my concerns but have yet to receive a response over a month later. Avoid!!!
