The guys who carried out the service were friendly. I was expecting an awkward experience but it was excellent. They asked which was the best way to wheel the rubbish out. Very polite as well. I highly recommend this company. Communication with them is also great! Fast response and kept updating me of what time should the guys arrive.

I've used the service twice and will again. Both times I called with a last minute request to help with removal from a storage unit. Truck and men were with me quickly and with terrific communication en route. Job was done quickly and to an excellent standard both times. I highly recommend the services of this company.
Exceptional service from beginning to end. They responded promptly, providing a fair quote the same day after I sent pictures of the items I needed taken away. On the morning of the pick-up, I added more items, and they quickly updated the quote. Although the pick-up was slightly delayed, the office promptly informed me, which was great. The three gentlemen who came were fantastic—polite and cheerful, even taking off their shoes before entering. They truly represent their company well. Highly recommend.
