I bought a pair of sunglasses on EasyLunettes as I had been looking for this specific pair but it was sold out on most websites. This was the pair of glasses that my girlfriend wanted and I wanted to gift to her. After purchasing the sunglasses I waited a full week before emails starting rolling in. Please excuse us for the delay we are waiting for our supplier… I was frustrated as it said 24 to 48 hour delivery. After emailing them to make sure they would be able to get new stock for sunglasses that I had seen sold out on every other website, they assured me that they would be able tu fulfil the order and not to worry. Week after week emails and emails saying the same generic message about how sorry they were about the inconvenience and suggest to get an alternative pair (which were all less expensive than the ones I ordered). After all the assurances that it would be in stock eventually they emailed me to say they would not be able to fulfil my order and by this time I had missed my girlfriends birthday. So just like I purchased air from easylunettes my girlfriend received air for her birthday thanks to the incompetence of easylunettes warm customer service.
