From the get go our assistant was friendly and professional. Went out if his way to show us 4 ladies where rhe car was and info on where to put gas in work windshield wipers etc. We felt better after this briefing to begin our trip.I would definitely use again also convient location.
Do not use this dishonest business. They are not a car rental company. They will steal your money and you will get no car in return. Their so-called customer service will give the runaround and talk over you and be rude. These predators took advantage of us when we were already in an emergency situation and seemed to revel in getting away with another con job and causing immense pain.
Everything with reservation and handling went smooth. It is impossible at this point for me to judge how Easyterra operates in case of trouble. I had some very bad experience in the past and noticed that the agent (Happycar) didn't do a thing to help out. Fortunately everything went well and I had good experiences with Easyterra before as well.
