The team here at Eazyheat are brilliant! Highly highly recommend! Fantastic customer service, great prices, honest, informative and they don't try push for a sale like some companies do!The service received from start to finish of replacing an existing boiler was excellent. Easy to deal with and Craig kept me up to date throughout, and even managed to fit me in sooner than expected.We encountered a few minor issues but these were dealt with swiftly and honestly.I don't think many, if any, companies would have gone above and beyond like Craig and Joe did! One boiler wouldn't have met warranty standards so that was the first encounter and so rather than just fit it anyway, Craig simply rebooked for a different day, explaining the whole process and reasons as to why, and then gave me suitable recommendations and was honest in what we could have and want..On coming to fit the boiler, Joe was brilliant. He did the job to a great standard and was a lovely fella. Bless him he had to endure a long day due to a few issues beyond his control, resulting in a few extra journeys. He managed to sort those via his vast experience and a little help over the phone from Craig when needed. We were so happy they managed to get to the root of the issues faced and sort them, otherwise we'd have faced the potential of having no hot water! They were never going to allow this, and although the job took longer than expected, the service from Joe and Craig was top notch!Thankyou both, highly highly recommend Eazyheat!!!Don't hesitate to get in touch with a no-nonsense, honest, reliable and non-pushy team!
From the start Craig was very helpful on identifying my requirements and explained everything clearly. But can I just say JOE and MAT went above and beyond when they came in to move and fit a new boiler and install some radiators. It turned out to be a bigger job than expected afew things popped up and JOE took his time to explain every little detail and changes. Hardworking Honest people from beginning to the end. I would definitely recommend Eazy heat, ask to speak to Craig and get him to send Joe and Mat !!
Brilliant service highly recommend using joe. Fantastic chap, very polite, done a perfect job and even extras at no extra cost. Made sure everything was right before leaving and does that extra bit to make sure your happy and satisfied before leaving. Will be using again in future.
We had been recommended by a friend to use this company after our boiler broke down. They had quoted a lot cheaper than other companies but were also honest regarding value for money. Craig from Eazy Heat was very informative.They were able to send someone out within 2 days of order. The gas fitter (Joe) had a great attitude towards not only completing the job correctly but also replastered the wall where the flue was installed. Only downside was that it took 5 working days to complete. This was due to illness (can’t be helped) but also the new boiler had not been supplied with the correct sized flue. Despite this, Alpha were very quick to resolve the issue. I highly recommend you strongly consider Eazyheat for installing a new boiler.
