When I first can across easy heat my alarm bells were slightly ringing. The price seemed to good to be true. Took the gamble. Best company I've dealt with ever . So smooth from order to installation. Engineers were professional ( Shaun and his son) and Scott in the office was very helpful. Highly recommend.
What a great company to deal with.Scott was amazing and talked me through exactly what I needed and was very price conscious on my behalf.As for the Ray Winstone look and sound alike Shaun. a more honest and lovely person you couldn't wish to meet.And not forgetting his wonderful son as well made the whole experience very very simple and easy to deal with.Don't bother looking anywhere else this is a gem of a company.

At first I applied for finance with BOXT, I was granted the finance, but when the engineer arrived I got the feeling it was to big of a job for a standard boiler replacement, so when it was suggested to move the boiler to different room the price went up by £1300 I was not happy, I then cancelled the finance and tried to get hold the person dealing with me, to which i was blanked and not contacted to ask why. So when I contacted Eazy Heat Craig was excellent in explaining step by step on what was going happening, and the price was fixed when I was given the quote, with an upgraded boiler to a combi, it worked out a saving of nearly £900. The engineer Joe, that came and fitted the boiler was professional very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for the customer. It can be stressful sorting a new boiler out, but EAZY HEAT made this simple as it possibly can, well Done excellent customer service highly recommended,
My boiler packed up at the beginning of December (obviously a busy time) and after calling all the plumbers I knew who were unable to even have a look for 2 days easy heat had my new boiler booked in to be fitted 4 days after my initial call, I did have some minor issues and after calling the head office joe came round and can’t speak highly enough about his ability and helpful attitude
Fantastic service from the initial call to the after care! All members of the team made this experience pain free and a really good value boiler has been fitted giving me heat and hot water after a long period of neither! I'm over the moon and it was all handled really well. I'd highly recommend this company. Shout out to Scott, Craig and Mark for their part of this journey!
Can't rate these guys enough. FantasticI spoke with Craig several times and all the times he was very professional and friendly Craig was very helpful to answer my questions and the quote was the cheapest I had Craig organised the new boiler installation next day.Niall who came out and fitted the boiler was Very friendly guy and knew his stuff, arrived 9.30 and called before to say he was on the way. Was the easiest installation experience for me, and did a fantastic job.I definitely will recommend Eazyheat to anyone who ask me for the price and service.To avoid stress and fear of being messed around or ripped off, just use with Eazy Heat.
My goodness What a great company.The service front m sales to fitting was fantastic. Joe was the fitter and the job had it’s called coming complications but my goodness did he work hard and did everything possible to overcome the problems.A 12 year warranty and competitive pricing make this a no brainer.Nothing better out there in the market and with a set price, you have peace of mind and comfort in these guys that they not going to have you over.Cannot praise them enough.So happy with the work despite me and quality but also left my house spotless.No cowboys here only decent reliable teamThank you
