Highly impressed with the service provided. After filling the enquiry form online, promptly recieved the call from Scott who advised about which boiler would be suitable and provided a highly competitive rate for boiler and installation. Within few days, boiler was fitted by Joel, who did a fantastic job. The flue hole wasn’t at the position required by the boiler but Joel came up with a solution and made a new hole in the wall to adjust it. I was so impressed by his positive approach and helpful attitude. Few days after fitting, when I informed about a small leakage, Joel promptly came back to diagnose the issue and fixed it. Again impressed by their after sales service. Really trustworthy company annd amazing boiler engineer Joel. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Easy Heat to the rescue, we had bad experiences with other companies letting us down on installation dates, and clearly over charging. Easy Heat's customer service went above and beyond, with a comprehensive and competitive quote via email; and even replying on a weekend. Installation by Jo was fantastic even though our house has some quirks he had to overcome! So pleased we feel we have found a company we can trust and a 12yr warrantee is just amazing. Well done Eazy Heat keep it up!
Contacted Eazy Heat after our boiler broke, the team in the office were great sending through a variety of options for a new fitted boiler, some cheaper than they listed on the website. Very competitive rates compared to all the other companies I looked at, and no hard sell from them either. Super helpful and friendly.Joe who came out and fitted the boiler was fantastic, arrived bang on 8.30 and called before to say he was on the way. Wasn't the easiest of installation due to our pipe set up but he worked his socks off and did a fantastic job. Left the place look great, went through all the installation, instructions, and servicing and pointed out the new metallic and lime scale filters. Very friendly guy and knew his stuff.Fantastic experience all round especially compared to other companies I spoke with and was let down by (Avoid iHeat). Avoid stress and fear of being messed around or ripped off, just use with Eazy Heat.
If I could give this company no stars, I would. Was told the engineer would be with us from 8.30am - 10am on Friday 17th Nov. Both my partner and I took the day off work to clear out the areas and make ready for our boiler to be fitted. 10.30am no sign of engineer and no courtesy call. I called the office and was told there had been a mix up their end and that it was booked for Monday 20th Nov. No heating all weekend - but because the person I spoke to (Alex?) apologised profusely I let it go. We were told we would get 2 free services as good will. I was told by Alex that the same time would apply, 8.30am - 10am but usually around '9am'. At 9.40 - no engineer and no courtesy call or text. I call the number again - and the same person 'Alex' said he will check the engineer is on his way. I gave him my partner's number who was at home, again, waiting. My partner got the call to say - wait for it - not one, not two but THREE vans broken into and all the tools have been stolen. Did we get a call? No. So, to cut a long story short - we still have no boiler, no heat in our home, my partner has taken 2 days off work (he is self employed) for nothing. The only good thing is that we never paid any money for this absolute joke of a company. They are obviously raking in so much money that they do not need our £2400 - so therefore we shall go elsewhere. Customer service is key - imagine what kind of service we would get if we had already paid?? My advice to you? Avoid this company like the plague - getting them to turn up is hard enough. If there was a zero star option, I would give it as we have not had a service or a boiler - and we have lost 3 days work between the pair of us, waiting around for these time-wasters. Not a reputable business - put your money elsewhere, where you will be valued as a customer and get the service you paid for!
Had my boiler replaced, Hamer and Sadak were very polite and very efficient in installing. Scott gave me a reasonable price and the job done as promised. I will definitely use Easy Heat again its shame I had two other properties done by another company which wasn't as good a week prior. Well Done.
5 star up to now. The process was smooth and the guys installed a combo boiler within 3 hours and removed my old water tank system. The price was very competitive. Gas safety certificates delivered. And they even offered after sales help, which is pretty rare nowadays.
Craig answered all my questions went out of his way to help, the quote was the cheapest by far and some company say next day fitting but when u accept the quote give u a date for 7 days. craig offered me next day fitting if u make payment or finance option available aswell and order before one.
