This has been the worst experience I've had. The claim adjuster hasn't replied to my emails or calls for over a week. I still haven't received a rental car, despite submitting my claim two weeks ago. I also sent complaint emails a week back and got no response. I recommend looking for a more reliable and trustworthy service.

It took over four months to receive my payout for the claim. They also neglected to pay for my rental car, which led to it being towed. Every time I tried to reach them via calls or emails, I received no answers. The turnover rate is alarming because they seem indifferent.
I hadn't had a license for most of my life and ended up with this company for nearly $3000 per year. I paid upfront for the year. The following year, they attempted to withdraw funds automatically but failed, and I was charged an additional fee for it. After paying this fee, I was shocked to receive all my money back and my insurance was canceled. Now, when trying to get new insurance, I learned my rate would be significantly higher because of a non-payment that I had settled on time. Their lack of organization is astonishing, and I had to leave both this company and the broker to find a better deal directly with another insurer.
I tried to reach out to adjust my payment schedule to align with my salary, but I received inadequate service and was cut off for a couple of late payments. Now they expect me to pay for the entire year upfront. Insurance feels like extortion; they determine if your vehicle gets repaired after an accident, and if they decide to write it off, they take it and decide your compensation. We pay for a service that doesn’t meet our needs.

I had an extremely poor experience with this company. If you are labeled a high-risk driver, they will take advantage of you. There is no online access to your policy, and it's difficult to reach customer support. Their website is outdated and poorly designed.
