Janine Rodriguez provided me with the information I needed. I also had a follow-up engagement with Natasha, who also explained how the whole payment process works (filling in some blanks I had). I had a question about an account attribute (in my case, if I had AutoPay turned on). Turns out I do have it turned on and active, so I thanked them for confirming that with me. What does disappoint me (not with them), but there is no clear, obvious, and apparent way (at least to me) to tell if AutoPay is on for my account. I had to call to find out to confirm my suspicions. Since I wasn't sure, I made a manual payment anyway, so I double paid this month.
