I’ve never seen a company this sketchy. Lemon Vault / EchoWave tried to charge my card 8+ times after I clearly wanted to cancel. Their site has no working unsubscribe button, and their “cancel subscription” page just loads forever. Customer support ignored me completely until I finally demanded cancellation in a firm email — only then did they respond with a broken link.They keep trying to bill me without my consent, and make it impossible to stop. This feels like a scam, pure and simple. If you value your money and sanity, stay far away from these clowns. They don’t deserve to be in business.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and customer service. I have contacted them multiple times for assistance with my account and have not received any response. They’ve also saved my credit card data and charged my card when I did not complete the purchase and never agreed to the terms of service. If that is not illegal it definitely unprofessional and shady. I would steer clear of using this service. There are other more reputable and responsive companies.

I’ve sent three emails requesting help to cancel my subscription. Twice I was sent an automated reply with a cancellation link that doesn’t work. Every time I try to cancel through the website, it just gets stuck on a “checking subscription status” page and never moves forward. This is incredibly frustrating, i tried canceling before the next payment was due and of course it was deducted from my account. The website won’t even let me change my billing info, this company feels like a sham. I don’t know how else to contact these people, if I don’t receive word my next step will be to file a complaint with CMA and/or other consumer protection options.
