Review Time
It went well at firstmy first video processes without problems and didn't take a minute to render and didn't need to "verify".I tried over 8 more times to make another video but it kept on slapping "Verifying Uploaded Files" on my screen without even rendering it after 12 minutes.
I am so incredibly fed up with this company and their non-existent customer service. I have tried time and time again to get in contact with someone about canceling my subscription because the link to cancel on their site does not and has never worked and no one will respond to me. I have sent email after email after email and never heard back. If you want to pay for a subscription indefinitely, this is your kind of website! If I am billed again for another month despite my numerous attempts to cancel, I will escalate this in all ways possible even if that means disputing the charges with my bank and canceling the card they are charging me on because this is absolutely ridiculous.
I deleted my Echowave account months ago, yet they still charged $72 to my credit card. Despite several follow-ups, their support has never responded.⚠️ Avoid this company at all costs – even if you cancel your account, you risk being billed afterwards. 👉🏻 Also note that they now operate under the name *LEMON VAULT LLC*, so check your statements carefully.
The product was not suitable for what I wanted - it did not add images intuitively and created videos that looked terrible. I also accidentally paid for a year and only wanted a month, which I realised immediately and messaged them. The company has not replied to any of my messages.
I, like many other reviewers, am trying to cancel my subscription and the task has proven essentially impossible. The link on their website to "easily" cancel does not work. When you email them to request a cancellation that way, they will send the same broken link. When THAT doesn't work, they will request your account ID and payment information (which is absurd - I only sent the last 4 digits of my card and if I go on my account to try to update the payment method, there is NO card information even listed on file despite being charged every month) and never respond. I have sent four follow-up emails over a period of a few weeks and never heard back. There are also no invoices available to download despite the fact that I've been charged for about four months now. I am extremely annoyed with this entire process and do not understand why - if they're aware of the cancellation glitch from some other reviews I've read - nothing has been done to resolve it. I am about to dispute the transactions with my credit card company because I don't know what else to do if they won't respond, and I will not continue to pay nearly $40 for a service I have tried time and time again to cancel. Do not use this platform unless you want to deal with this insane BS.
