I had an amazing experience! The support I received from the office was very professional and friendly. The team that installed the system was outstanding. They showed great respect for my home and even tidied up after themselves. Their hard work resulted in an excellent installation, and they were polite and skilled. They took the time to explain the system once set up. I can't recommend this service enough. I've never encountered such excellent workers before! It's truly refreshing to have reliable individuals in your home. I could have easily left the house without worry. This deserves well over 5 stars from me, thank you!
What an incredible service! The assistance from the representative in the office was highly professional, always approachable and helpful. The team who installed the system were absolutely fantastic. They treated my property with great respect, even cleaning up afterwards. They worked diligently and did an excellent job. Polite individuals who excel at their work. I had my boiler installed on December 9th. The team arrived on time and got straight to work. I can't give less than 5 stars for the entire process; they did a fantastic job in a small kitchen, being respectful and ensuring I understood how everything worked. A big plus was that they took all the mess away with them, which I appreciated. I want to mention the representative who promptly answered any questions; she was lovely and very reassuring.
I had a team out for my complimentary system on the 8th of December. I was a bit anxious, thinking about the mess so close to Christmas, but I needn't have worried. The team was in and out the same day, fantastic workers who never stopped moving. They left no mess behind, and the follow-up by the electrician ensured everything was safe. I've spoken to the representative in the office several times; everyone on the team was polite, helpful, and respectful of my home. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend this team.
