Review Time
I have been working on my site. It keeps showing all products are sold out. It's been like doing like that for almost three months since I bought the Diamond package. AI and I have tried to change that but still I have not been able to compete that. My inventory is good and active. My Theme setting seems to be good. My location showing that I need to chance the fulfillment location to Auto- DS fulfillment, (not my home address). I think it may be on my inventory products list. It is showing Denial on my products inventory list. I have tried to fix that buy changing the Denial to Continue which might fix and show that the Auto-DS. is the products fulfillment location. All of my inventory fulfillment numbers are right showing levels on each product from 10 to 70. If I can get the inventory list to show in the columns format it may fix the problem.
I had some difficulty setting up my e-commerce store. I reached out and got help immediately. I am new to this whole process. I am a retired nurse, looking for an exciting way to supplement my retirement. I am looking forward to learning and I am confident I will get the help I need to get up and going.
I have asked for help. When I talk to chat they have no pulse and can’t help. I ask for supervisor. They repeat same thing over and over. I paid for this program, asked for help which they said I would receive and I don’t get help I get aggravation!
