Review Time
This is my first attempt at setting up an online store front or anything online.... And I bought three stores! Being a total newbie at this sort of thing and over 65 with little e-commerce experience (except on the purchaser side of things) I really did not know what I was doing. Ecomwebsites got me started by sending me an email and a link to click on... This sent me to a video with step by step instructions on what to do, how to do it, and where to do it. If I needed to watch it again, which I did, I could start over or pick up where I left off. After I completed the first step, on the next with another video, showing me exactly what to do, where to click and what to expect. Each video played on the page where you had to complete each task with related button to perform the task. You cannot ask for anything simpler than that. Aber is really detailed in his instructions and training. Before I knew, I had three online stores ready to go! Now looking at the completed store sites, I am amazed by the whole process. I would have never been able to do this on my own.Also, if I did have a problem or question (which I did), I got all my questions answered by a team member. They were patient, knowledgeable and did not make me feel like a total dummy!
I've really enjoyed using Ecomwebsites so far. One of the things that stands out the most is how user-friendly the platform is — everything is laid out in a clear and intuitive way, which makes building and managing my online store much easier than I expected. On top of that, the support team has been incredibly responsive. Anytime I have a question or need clarification, there's always someone readily available to help. It’s been a smooth and positive experience overall, and I feel supported every step of the way.
Since I started out on this adventure I have had trouble with getting my ecomwebsite to the point of launching due to an old laptop, Amer was extremely patient with me and helped me with access to assistance from Ecomwebsites members. I am 73 yo and struggling to keep up but with patience and perseverance from all I have now reached the point of launching my store and look forward to the successes to come. This is by far the easiest set up of a business that I've ever done. The team was quick to respond to my chat and walked me through how to complete it. I've been on the fence about going this way but not that I'm in, I can't wait to start earning!
Built, not satisified, I closed the account and shopify. Shopify kept billing even after closing online. Next, I receive an email, this is not clickbait - we accidently created a new store for you. I ignored it - guess what, now shopify are billing me again for this new store I did not ask for. SCAM !!! Stop this, it is costing money and you are profiting from your scam click bait !!!
